For all who are training athletes, please make yourself a better coach and follow the correct steps:
1.Needs analysis
-evaluation of sport
-assessment of athlete
-training status, background
-primary RT goal and at what part of season
2.Exercise Selection
-movement analysis
-exercise type
-exercises to promote recovery
-sport specific exercises
-multi joint
-core and assistance exercises

your body is hiding an entire secondary nervous system made of liquid crystal.
modern medicine treats fascia like simple biological packaging. they describe it as just a thin white web wrapping your muscles to keep them in place..
but they completely ignore the quantum physics of it.
Fascia is actually a continuous piezoelectric network.
This means it generates measurable electrical currents the moment you apply physical pressure to it.
It acts like a highly advanced fiber-optic web. It conducts intuitive signals through your body much faster than your actual brain.
and this is exactly where your unhealed history lives.
Emotions are not just abstract feelings. They carry distinct, heavy electromagnetic signatures.
When you experience a sudden shock, a quiet betrayal, or months of chronic corporate burnout, that dense energy has to go somewhere.
If you do not physically process it in the moment, your fascia absorbs the hit.
ıt alters its own structure to protect you. It literally crystallizes and hardens.
That chronic neck pain or heavy lower back tension is rarely just bad posture.
It is a biological archive of every stressful event you tried to ignore.
You are walking around in a stiff suit of trapped energy.
This explains exactly why traditional talk therapy often hits a wall.
You can analyze your past or your toxic environment for a decade and still feel completely paralyzed in life.
Therapy only speaks to the logical mind.
But your trauma is stored in the tissue.
You have to break the crystal memory manually.
Ancient traditions understood this perfectly. They developed somatic shaking, acupressure, and intense physical release for a reason.
When you stretch a tight muscle to its absolute limit and hold it there, you force a biological reaction.
The tissue generates a new electrical charge.
The hardened crystal melts back into a fluid state.
And that trapped emotional signature is instantly flushed out of your system.
This is the exact reason people suddenly start crying on a massage table or during a deep stretch.
It is not a psychological breakdown.
ıt is a localized energetic purge.
Stop trying to think your way out of a block that is physically wired into your biology.
Find the dense, painful spots in your body tonight.
Apply deep, steady pressure to those areas until the tissue finally gives way.
you have to manually move the old energy out to let the new timeline in.
Nick Saban says one of the biggest mistakes leaders make when their environment changes is sitting around complaining about the new rules, and says his philosophy was that complaining is actually a distraction to the solution, so you should always spend that energy figuring out how to adapt
“You have to be flexible, number one. If you’re flexible, then you have a willingness to adapt. And I think your willingness to adapt is really, really important because things are changing.”
“There’s a lot of changes that are ongoing that you have to adapt to. And I think that rather than complain about it, which a lot of people sit around and complain…”
“Complaining is actually a distraction to the solution. I think that you’ve got to spend most of your time trying to figure out, ‘What is the solution? How can we adapt?’”
“That’s the way we’ve tried to look at all these challenges, to try to improve the quality of the program that we have.”
"We are living in an unprecedented, Wild West world."
@AdamSchefter breaks down the restraining order that was granted to allow NFL players to go back to college football 😳
The fitness industry has confused access to information with access to wisdom.
A workout isn’t coaching.
A program isn’t development.
And a chatbot can’t see your body.
@StrengthDebates Strength is one thing nit not training rotation and other planes of motion, following correct protocols for posterior chain exercises and lateral movement. Dynamic warmups and mobility…what I wanna know is are you going to investigate WHY this happened big guy
Seeing players that get caught up and sold onto another training facility instead of staying with the program that developed them. Then when they get hurt off unqualified inexperienced trainers it just hurt me bc I feel like damn this likely wouldn’t happen on my watch
