@CFBBEN7ON@Coach_Carter34 Seeing as how 8% of high school football players play some form of college football, he’s probably talking to the 92% (aka the vast majority).
High school football should be about developing 0 star football players into 5 star men. When talent is rewarded more than effort and toughness, what are we really teaching the next generation of young men?
@Jay_Sapovits@chriscfore Where did I say there weren’t jobs like this? I stated your family is more important than money and you only have a limited amount of time with your children. A wealthy household isn’t a substitute for quality time. Again… nobody on their deathbed wishes they worked more.
@Jay_Sapovits@chriscfore By the time children turn 13, approximately 75% to 90% of the total, in-person time you will ever spend with them has already passed. Nobody on their deathbed says they wished they worked more
@Jay_Sapovits@JeramiahDickey That’s the lie they’ve used to usher this in. Everyone knows money is the answer to everyone’s problems and 💰 cures all. We’ve turned 💰into the aspect that’s most important instead of the holistic development of the athlete. College isn’t supposed to be professional sport.
@RogerLWalker@jg9188@JonnyCarrots007 Clemson won the ACC a year ago and was in the College Football Playoff. Performed a lot better in that game than Bama or Texas Tech did this year!
“Jesus isn’t just the light at the end of your tunnel. He’s the light IN your tunnel.” - Jen Weaver
You don’t have to get through the chaos to find Him. His light is with you right now and if you want to see clearly in the chaos, let Him light the way.
