We were recently informed that our X account @OGPUOfficial was suspended under X’s Impersonation Policy. This was unexpected, as OpenGPU is our original brand and project and we are not impersonating any other entity.

To address this, we are taking proactive steps. We are currently in the process of registering our OpenGPU trademark in the European Union to start with. This IP registration provides for a formal legal recognition of our brand ownership and will not only help resolve the current suspension, but also strengthen our brand protection moving forward.

Our legal team is actively working on this matter, and we remain confident in a swift resolution. In the meantime, our development and community growth continue without interruption.
