Ok so here’s what we can infer from the #ThisIsUsFinale
1. Kevin’s napkin said “Big Three Homes” so he’s started a company in memory of jack.
2. Nicky finds Sally and marries her.
3. Kate is a bride. Her boss is Kevin’s future brother in law.

This explains why Kevin would be making British jokes at his expense if it is his wedding to Kate.
As for Randell being a rising star, there are many explanations. #ThisIsUs
