Another part of our recovery has been getting our bodies the immediate fuel it needs after workouts. We’ve done that by having bagels available. This is what 180 bagels look like!
This year at camp, we’ve put a major emphasis on our nutrition and recovery. Today instead of lifting, we are doing some yoga exercises to help with soreness and other pain.
