[Talk N Shoot @ChalkLast0712]

Calling offensive plays is one of the most challenging jobs in sports. It’s also one of the most critiqued positions in sports. Everyone thinks they can call plays. Do your homework, trust your gut, and ignore the outside.

The biggest secret to the #airraid offense is fighting the urge to add more. You don't need a contingency plan for every scenario. Just be better at executing your base plays out of your base formations than your opponent is at stopping them and you'll be successful.

Lines on paper are NOT a pass concept. It's alignment, releases, stemming proper shoulder, sticking or rolling routes, pushing by defenders, low pad level, stacking defenders, reading their hips, settle vs zone, run vs man. There's so many levels to this, it's infinite. #airraid

[Coach Marion @BrennanMarion4]

It’s hard to win on the road in CFB with 18 year old QB. vs. a Real program. Never apologize for winning. Our V’s to victory will always be value the ball no turnovers, violence run the ball, voice speak victory in adversity, victory be 1 point better a W is W. 1-0 on to next 1

[Coach Dot @Coach__Dot]

Bingo 🎯

[Stan Bedwell @stanbedwell]

I think it's silly for anyone to attack anything when it comes to scheme. All have worked and all have failed. All are adequate. Success is predicated by implementation, coaching, and execution of the scheme. Talent helps!

[Stan Bedwell @stanbedwell]

Accelerate your Quick Game by changing your QB's thought process.

Ex. Y-Stick

Old way: Read the Sam. If he stays, throw Shoot. If he works out, throw Stick.

New way: Throw Shoot unless the Sam takes it away, then throw Stick.

The little things make a BIG difference! #airraid

[Preston Troyer @CoachFBInsights]

"Multiple" is the most overused word in offensive football.

Multiple formations. Multiple personnel. Multiple concepts.

But if none of it connects to a core idea, you don't have an offense.

You have "multiple" options with no answer.

This! 🎯

[Preston Troyer @CoachFBInsights]

I can't call plays off a sheet.

I'm too busy watching the overhang.
Tracking the safety.
Finding the extra hat.

By the time I look down, the moment's gone.

So we must be simple enough to know the answer immediately.
