Track isn’t football; maybe that’s the issue…in team sports it’s ok to be hard on kids, but in track that seems to be a bad thing…

And we wonder why the sport isn’t taken seriously as it should

@pntrack It’s important that adults understand that many of us kids (ME) who struggled in school were kept around academia long enough by sports and coaches who cares to eventually turn ourselves around and grow up to be productive adults who help kids who struggle much like we did
