@GMEvans @Luke_Jonesy97 Luke's original tweet is very accurate. The backlash on social media is ridiculous. These coaches who are eager to return and have initiative to recognise small group sessions are the quickest way back should be admired.

@GMEvans @Luke_Jonesy97 I don't think many of 1-1 coaches are striving for 'elite' status (that word shouldn't be in any conversation regarding player/coach development) It's not a different skill set, you still plan a session, have a clear topic and key points to achieve that aim.. just smaller scale.

@Luke_Jonesy97 It is just as important as team training sessions. How many times during a session do coaches actually affect each player? Players do extra training anyway so why not hire a qualified coach. If you've dedicated time to get qualified shouldn't you get paid for your knowledge?
