@JaredB_BSBL If it was a 1st offense suspend him ! If he doesn’t change & does it a 2nd time! Dismiss him. He might have parents who don’t teach respect for adults/teachers etc. I would keep him & teach him how important respect for rules. I spent 30 yrs coaching inner city kids.

@JWonCATCHING CB should be thrown a little closer to the body to avoid hypertension of the elbow; Changeup as late as possible in order to get natural pronation!

@JWonCATCHING Pitcher’s should have a variety of pickoffs. On the way up, on the way down & from the set position ( vary the time you hold the runner when in set position)
