@ChrisParno I did that with the hurdles turned over like that as a sprint drill. Had one of best sprinters catch his foot under the top of the hurdle. Fell with the hurdle wrapped around him. Thought I had killed him. Never did that drill again.

@247Sports That would be Pierre Goode, from Town Creek, Alabama. He scored all 21 of his team’s points in State Championship games. Went on to play for the University of Alabama and run track for me.

@BobThurnhoffer I was the sprint coach at the University of Alabama and the strength and conditioning coach and the running back coach had me work with the Alabama team many times. Actually improved many 40 times
