CYK kitchen is closing down shortly as I take a temporary reprieve to care for my father. I will not be reopening in the future as I reconcentrate my career in other areas.

Today I'm dropping 20 packed lunches and a week of freezer meals to family who have husband and 2 sons out of work (Covid casualties since May) with no benefits coming in for a month.

So... If we've been told we can't do events above a certain number does that count as 'closing down the business'? And if we aren't in an are a in tier 2 or 3vcan we still claim the 3k per month?
