@zennonuc @ilike_mike I attended the December 14 Coastal Commission meeting. They aren't opposed to good projects, like rail or the Battery Energy Storage System in Moss Landing.

They will expedite applications for housing in the coastal zone but not for second homes or short term rentals. Yay!
