The author is professor of criminology with degrees in psychology so writes from that perspective.

@Lorica1111 @jeffreyketland There was one judge in Depp v NGN. The judges for request for appeal refused appeal as they said trial judge did not make any error of approach or mistake of law. The court of appeal judges did not allow an appeal so they did not reconsider the evidence.

@TMZ Amber Heard has history using lawsuits to "silence" people. Remember she sued comedian Doug Stanhope + Does 1-20 for defamation in June 2016. Benicio Del Toro was sent subpoena in that case apparently because he described Heard as manipulative.

I think no report bcause AH knew consequences of lying to police are more serious than lying to PeopleMag
