@NorfolkCC My concern is, how many other families are subjected to this? You take on the care of a family member, which in turn, depletes your own ability to manage your own well-being. They then die of something that could’ve been prevented. Then you get a 16k bill for the suffering

Has anyone else experienced money grabbing tactics from @NorfolkCC ?
My mum died a year and a half ago and they are chasing me for 16,000 for care she apparently had.
When my mum was moved into my house, 6 months before she died, she was filthy.

Zopiclone, codeine and other tablets, which she used like a personal wee pick n mix. Nothing was said when she called the chemist to say she had run out and her meds were not even checked by care staff. I have challenged @NorfolkCC on this and they have threatened collections.
