That would bring peace as this was a civil war between the Kiev regime and the people in the Donbass NOT Russia.

The point of Minsk was to keep Donbass as part of 🇺🇦. The govt wouldn’t give autonomy to the people and instead wanted war.

So now the ethnic 🇷🇺 population are going back to 🇷🇺 & taking their land with them 😂
