@YusufAsunmogejo It's good act of worship if she can write off the debt. It's like lifting a burden off her friend and ALLAH will remove a burden from her from the burdens of the day of resurrection.
@mehdirhasan Hi @mehdirhasan Have you considered writing books about topics like Israeli occupation, Trump administration, US-IRAN war etc? I think you should consider it.
Not sure the magnitude of this is fully understood: Israel has wiped out 2,700 families in Gaza, leaving 6,000+ people as the sole survivors of entire bloodlines. This is the result of deliberate policy, pursued with full knowledge of its effects. This is not war. It is genocide.
Doing the deed with the believe and hope that He'll rewards you is most loving to Him. That's the act of worship. If you do it expecting reward from other than Him, He hates that. The sincerity is to expect the rewards only from Him. He doesn't matter that you're the beneficiary.
I’ve been thinking lately…
Can our good deeds ever truly be 100% sincere?
If we only do good, hoping for Paradise…
If we only pray, in hopes of enteral pleasure….
If we only give charity for entry to heaven …
there’s still a personal gain.
So is it really sincerity?
God doesn’t owe us Jannah.
We can’t even repay Him for the blessings we already have in this life.
Our breathing. Our eye sight. Our health. Our family. Our time. Our loved ones. Everything.
To me, a truly sincere action would be one done purely for Allah’s pleasure, expecting absolutely nothing in return.
But is that level of sincerity even possible? 🤔
So we’ve reached the point where Israel offs 100 ppl a day, mostly as they seek food, which it blockaded. And no one treats this as news. And we’re not allowed to update the death toll because that would be antisemitic, just like hating the army doing this. I’m losing my mind.
Reminder that there is no war in Palestine.
There is no Palestinian army, navy or air force.
There is just Israel, slaughtering civilians & clearing land - which is called ethnic cleansing.
Israeli settlers have attacked a Palestinian Bedouin community and set fire to their property in Jaba, occupied East Jerusalem. A rights group says Israel’s army and illegal settlers have launched nearly 3,000 attacks on the Bedouin community in the occupied West Bank since the start of 2024.

Bashiru Akinola’s life changed forever after a tragic accident on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in August 20, 2024. While trying to assist a mother and her children who rammed into him on the road, he was knocked down by an oncoming car and run over by a trailer, leading to the amputation of both legs.
Now unable to work, Bashiru is calling on Nigerians for support to help his children return to school and secure a better future.
📍Gaza
It’s just after 10 a.m. in Gaza. Israeli strikes killed 36 people and wounded 96 in the previous 24 hour reporting period, according to the health ministry. Dozens more, including many children, were killed and injured in Gaza City in the north and Rafah in the south during attacks throughout the day. Following are updates on what happened overnight:
➤ At least two people were killed in an airstrike on two homes in Deir el-Balah, central Gaza. Missing people remain trapped under the rubble.
➤ Israeli jets struck a UN-run school in Bureij, burning down 15 makeshift tents. A Palestinian medic was killed in the attack during what witnesses described as a bloody night in central Gaza, with bombardments and jets overwhelming the skies of this densely populated area.
➤ One person was injured as Israeli infantry units targeted areas in the Nuseirat refugee camp.
➤ Several locations in Khan Younis were hit following evacuation threats issued yesterday.
➤ Witnesses reported that booby-trapped robots were used to blow up residential buildings in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza.
➤ Three medics were injured after a drone attack on the courtyard of the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya.
Also note: UN Secretary-General António Guterres, in a social media post, said that the humanitarian “nightmare” in Gaza is “not a crisis of logistics,” but a result of the aid being “outrageously blocked.”
Video: An Israeli strike on homes in the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City today killed and injured many children.
Amid the gigantic humanitarian needs in Gaza, aid is outrageously being blocked.
The nightmare is not a crisis of logistics.
It’s a crisis of political will and of respect for fundamental principles of international humanitarian law.
