Even though I usually do not fall for the @CRED_club jackpots, but yesterday I just played the friday jackpot without having any hope of getting anything meaningful. But I scored the JACKPOT and it wasn't a small one. It included a Macbook, Ipad, Airpods Max and a TUMI bag worth INR 3.25L.
I filled out the form to receive the items and they took my PAN to pay the TDS on the jackpot. BUT few minutes back I get a call from Cred team that they had to cancel the jackpot because of some technical issue and they crediting back the coins and good will gesture INR 1K cashback.

I was already at a loss with @Flipkart in 2020 and this is the second and I not gonna leave . Will share all the call recordings in this same thread ! Let’s see how many 48 hours they may need . This is hard earned money , can’t loose can’t keep calling(5/6)
Team is working on it wait for 48 hours . Every time I call I need to explain the issue for 20 mins and then call ends in 40 mins saying I had to wait for 48 hours . It’s been over a month now and the refund and baggage issue is not sorted out (4/5)
Informed the booking partner @flipkartsupport@Flipkart on 24th Feb and provided all the proofs including boarding pass which confirm the total luggage and receipt . I am calling them every 3 days and the only answer I hear is (3/4)
Showed them the ticket and baggage allowance on ticket . The person asked to pay and provided me a receipt to inform the booking partner as they can’t see any baggage on the system which I think is fair enough . The journey was on Feb 22 (2/4)
Booked a flight journey with @Flipkart@flipkartsupport whose partner is @Cleartrip .
The ticket clearly says my baggage is included and then on the day of my journey @British_Airways informed me that there is no baggage at all and I had to pay for it (1/4)
