Tata 1mg has changed their formulation!

Two months ago, I raised concerns about Tata 1mg’s magnesium glycinate formulation.

They were adding magnesium hydroxide (a cheaper form of magnesium which is poorly absorbed by our body). Today, I’m happy to see them take feedback positively and launch a new version without magnesium hydroxide!

I genuinely appreciate Tata 1mg for taking this feedback positively instead of sending a legal notice.

The goal isn't to bring companies down. It's to raise the standards of an entire industry.

Abse supplements ka label bhi padhega India! 🇮🇳

P.S. This is not a product recommendation. There are still ingredients in the new formulation that I don't fully support, but this is a step in the right direction.

Two incidents: in one the accused is a boy, and in the other the accused is a girl.

An 8-year-old boy brutally attacked a 6-year-old girl. Everyone raised their voice demanding punishment for the accused child and the responsible people. As a result, the teacher, principal, and watchman were suspended, and the boy was sent to a juvenile home.

Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, and people of all religions started wishing for the little girl’s speedy recovery.

At the same time, the anti-male society began beating its chest and declaring the entire male community as criminals from childhood itself.

Just two days before this incident, another incident had occurred about which no one is talking — because in that case the culprit was a girl.

A 12-year-old girl snatched a chocolate from a 4-year-old boy, because of which the boy’s mother scolded her.

For 10-12 days the girl planned her revenge, and on October 28 she succeeded in her plan. She put the child into a water tank on the roof and placed a stone on top of it. The child died.

No one is talking about this incident.
