will they be random ads? tailored and personalized ads?

if so, how y'all personalizin' 'em.. based on which data? 🙂

companies and startups that overhired durin' the vc booms (2015 to 2022), when cheap capital made headcount feel like a growth metric, are goin' to use ai as the excuse to justify layoffs

but if you actually audit the org charts, you'll find that most of the roles bein' cut are redundant, overlappin', or were never tied to a clear business function to begin with

middle management, duplicate roles across teams, roles that existed mostly to support other roles

and ai is simply makin' it impossible to ignore that bloat

companies are cuttin' what should've never been hired in the first place
