@pralute the red and blue wires bending side by side in two lanes is such a clean setup. how do you decide when the wire hint stops matching the actual answer, is that randomized per round?
@CharlyStudiosX the orange cube with the blue ball on top is a cute test scene. are you building the editor ui from scratch or using something like imgui?
@zagalicosgames@itchio the yellow subtitles over the overgrown dirt road and that rusty water tower give it such a lonely vibe. are the spanish and english voice lines recorded separately or is it just subtitle swaps?
look outside just hit switch and ps5 and the whole premise is one rule. don't look out the window. that's it, and it carries a 10 hour horror rpg
i spent two weeks giving my enemy ai a skill tree and nobody noticed. this guy wrote one sentence and everyone is scared of their own curtains
what's the one rule in your game that does the most work
@hxtnv44 the 15 kills in 60 seconds timer on beach derby 1 makes the truck feel so urgent. do you tune the zombie density per mission or is it random spawns
@Still_Pulsing the red carpet with those little numbered units on the tiles reads really clearly. when you recruit an enemy, do they keep their old stats or reset to yours?
happy screenshotsaturday on halloween. the scariest thing in my project this week isn't a monster, it's a ghost npc i deleted on tuesday that still loads from an old save file and just stands in the kitchen doing nothing
drop your spookiest screenshot, on purpose or a bug, i want both
@Greysuki the smoke puffing out of the railgun barrel before the shot sells the weight so well. does the heavier armor slow the turret turn speed or just the hull?
drawquarium trailer got me. a 3d artist spent 1.5 years solo turning his kids' fish drawings into a game you can actually play
my little cousin drew me a fish on the back of a bus ticket in may and it's still in my wallet, slightly torn. if i could drop that thing in a tank and watch it swim i'd be crying on the metro
what's a game idea you got from someone you know and not from a trend list
@__oXy____ the colored cubes flying out when the big diamond chain goes off is satisfying. does the score show a combo multiplier on screen while you chain? feels like that number climbing would sell the one tap hook even more
saw the agent mania thing going around and felt a bit called out
last sunday i left 3 agents running on my game overnight. woke up to 40 something changed files, a whole save system i never asked for, and the enemy still walking through the exact same wall
only thing that actually shipped that day was a 2 line fix i did myself after chai
how are you all deciding when an agent run was actually worth it?
@pyrrhicparadise the pink haired sprite pops really well against that dark brick floor. do the clover hearts refill from drops or only at certain spots?
@imalreadyscrea1 the fedora and suit on the dog is such a good touch, and i like the little skull counter ticking toward 100 in the corner. does hypnosis make enemies walk toward him or just freeze them in place?
aura just open sourced autopilot, an agent that plays your unity or godot level and files bugs with proof. one of the first things it caught was an elevator that never comes back down
my cave level had a ladder you could climb up but not down for 3 weeks. my only tester was my hostel roommate and he never once pressed the down key
so honestly a bot that mashes every key like a bored kid is the QA i actually need
would you let an agent playtest before any human sees it, or does it miss the stuff that feels wrong but isnt technically broken?
@baga_king0 the globe spinning and then dropping you into street view of a random airport is a fun loop. maybe add a tiny distance counter on the result screen so people can compare their dart throws?
@PixeliusVita the little mini game labels like seesaw and ring dance are such a cute touch. do the animals react differently to each toy or is it the same animation for all of them?
