@jimmygeelong@robilange Just a mild steel machined to size. Made the diameter of the pin holes slightly larger on the new shafts to take the sleeve. Just a snug fit not a press fit, just something to help us monitor the wear abit better. Only done this season with it and none to very little wear
@Braydocaldy If spikes are your issue a prv won’t fix your problem it will only reduce your pressure, the spike will still make its way past or cause issues inside the prv. You would need a psrv (pressure sustaining release valve) any excess pressure will be released

Macdon FD1 owners. Wasn’t going to post this but another fire started yesterday by an FD1 at 150hrs. Same cause as our fire. Bearing opposite hyd motor on centre belt. It’s time @MacDon addressed the problem rather than suggesting our local dealer is the only one with problem.
