We need a full ban on home hoarding. Homes should be for personal use, not get rich quick schemes, or an avenue to exploit the poor.

I'm ever thankful for everyone pushing for a more caring and abundant world for all, especially those who forestall their own comfort and safety to do so, often without recognition, the unsung underwriters of history.

I'm thankful for those who avoid tribalism and lean into solidarity and humanism, who seek common bonds and connection, and who refuse to give into cynicism despite all the disillusionment and pain we experience in the world. I'm thankful that those traits, even if long buried, exist somewhere deep in every human being.

I'm thankful to the vast majority of humanity that really just wants to get along, to matter, and for things to be ok.

I'm thankful for our immense potential for good, and our capacity for love.
