@jet2tweets They have replied by phone and email.
They aren’t taking action and it’s not acceptable. This isn’t a case of not contacting me back, it’s discriminating against me and not taking any action against the crew involved.
@jet2tweets I have ‘discussed’ it with Jet2. 2 weeks and no action taken and no accountability for what happened on the plane. Sent it to the body that investigates discrimination with protected characteristics . Will see what they think.
@jet2tweets Yes. Just arrived back to the uk. As I say I’ll be contacting via email to explain what happened and see if they think what occurred is acceptable, because I certainly don’t think it was!
Got to love being made to feel like an inconvenience by @jet2tweets for needing assistance. Assistance that was pre booked approx a year ago with needs stated. Assistance isn’t booked unnecessarily, if a lift is stated as needed it’s needed! #jet2

#PoTS is so much more than just a fast heart rate upon standing!
Quality of life can be equivalent to COPD and congestive heart failure.
Many patients are told that their physical symptoms are ‘all in their head’ and instead are given psychiatric labels of #anxiety & #depression.
Triggers: viruses, bacterial infection, pregnancy, surgery, a traumatic event, immunisation, hypermobility.

@FrankRGardner That’s shocking and disgusting! I’m sorry that happened to u! On Jet2 even tho I can walk (only part time wheelchair user) they offered me an onboard wheelchair if I needed it, so this airline is just being discriminatory for the sake of it as it is possible.
Credit to @steve.brusatte February 20, 1824. 200 years ago, today. William Buckland stood up to lecture in London. The rumors were true, he said. Quarryworkers had found giant reptilian bones in the English countryside. He gave them a name: Megalosaurus. The very first dinosaur to be formally christened. Happy birthday dinosaurs! #dinosaur #dinosaurs #megalosaurus
