Perversion of the Gospel
"I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be  accursed! As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be  accursed!
For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ."

1 John 2:22-24 Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.  Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also. As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.

The government has lied to the people for so long. They should really read the bible to see what they are doing is wrong.

Proverbs 12:19-22

It's pretty despicable seeing this play out. There are numerous warnings in Proverbs (and many other places in the Bible) about kings/governments not upholding justice, it never ends well with them. The government is established to uphold justice and punish the wicked.

Proverbs 20:26
“A wise king scatters the wicked, and drives a threshing wheel over them.”

Proverbs 17:15
“He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to the Lord.”

Proverbs 25:5
“Take away the wicked from the presence of the king, and his throne will be established in righteousness.”

Revelation 20:11-15
"Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire."

I feel really sad for people like this. They are in high positions of power, but like the kings of old, they all face death (old age) too and can't escape blinded by pride. Will they trust in the works of their hands or trust in the work of the Lord Jesus, as Jesus is the only way; not some made up religious system that teaches bondage and work really hard you you might make it. And worse, they get so offended when the truth is spoken to them. He really needs to read the whole book of Galatians and believe, otherwise enjoy your riches and position now in this life, the next life won't be so good (fire) and will last forever.

@ksorbs Look both ways before crossing the street, don't play in the road, watch out for cars...a lot of missing common sense lessons were missed.
