@LloydsBank You are the intermediate for international transfers to banks like Santander. Can you please help me understand why payment was sent back (from your end and sustaining a charge) during an international transfer, after sitting in your bank for 5 days?

@LloydsBank bank transfer from my home country was made to my account in another bank. Lloyd's was the intermediate bank for the transaction. The transaction was not processed by your team for 5 days and money was sent back to the original account; fee was charged. What do I do?

Hi @hasbean, love your coffee but the current recycling scheme you are offering (collect bags and post) can be a pain - you can't send back that many for the price of a large letter. Have you considered sending out prepaid envelopes to subscription clients to encourage recycling?
