@RAC_Care Just had a phone call as we tried to get a response all day and we have got ourselves home but our car was dropped at Oxford services and now waiting for another recovery and we have just had a call to say they will be there at 10.30pm so relay will be home at midnight!

We had too arrange and pay our own journey home with our dog as couldn’t be transported.
no updates until now. Awful not being able to speak to anyone.
