Tough market ATM. I know some superb senior TA people who are having no luck on the job finding front. Ironically, they're experiencing the usual candidate experience issues: ghosting etc.
Anyway, if you want an excellent Head of / Director of TA, do let me know and I can intro.
Just had a thought about how to create a skills-based assessment platform that would genuinely revolutionise recruitment in a post-AI world.
No idea how to turn it into reality, mind you, but it is very good.
