@bureaulab @SandraNoDuerme @pardoguerra@runzach I landed on a similar definition: specialized knowledge that facilitates superior execution of tasks. I’m thinking about this as separable from occupations which simplifies. I like recent work that considers expertise as deeply relational (Anteby & Holm; Pakarinen & Huising).
