@bt_uk engineer was supposed to come out today but no show,& are paying for WIFI that arn't receiving. Now have to wait til Monday before its sorted. Not only no broadband, no phone mobile signal gone. I've disabled person in house & without any way of connecting outside world.

@Tesco when did the 2 meter rule and following arrows not apply? Was in your Northcott store earlier, the amount of people not adhering to this was disgusting. Spoke to few staff members and they couldn't help as people seem to do what they like.
