– Sewage level tracking
– Salt level management in water softeners

Chirp’s DePIN network of gateways provides full wireless coverage for IoT connectivity across the complex, while the Chirp IoT Platform is where all devices are connected, monitored, and managed by our client.

The platform’s automation, alerting, and customizable dashboards with widgets give property managers full operational control and real-time visibility.
This marks the first phase of deployment, with more upgrades planned as we continue expanding the smart infrastructure at Charlottenburg 1.
