@LNER sitting with my broken ankle in a priority seat I looked 4ward to breakfast. Nearly gave up with the app (why can’t you log in with your LNER account details ?!) but finally order went & Monzo showed £10 taken. 35 mins later I had to hobble to the counter 👎🏽… poor

@Schiphol arrivals a mess again. Transit G shut, joined huge Q…but was the exit. Finally escorted thro numerous security doors 2 another transit security. As a platinum 4 life I must have been here a few times.Used to recommend as best European hub - has the leadership changed ?

Complete chaos - everybody arriving into E is being kept in one massive Q for exit. No mention of transfer ! Not possible to push through and from back all transfer area shutters are down anyway.

@JohannaMNoble good article on HMRC. HMCTSC - 12 mths 4 probate & only cause someone took ownership & followed case. She was disciplined for being “Too Helpful” & told “taking ownership of a case and getting it processed to the point of quality assurance is not our (HMCT) way”

Love my new bag … no issues spotting it on the carousel. Disappointed though that the plastic window only lasted one trip. You perhaps need to upgrade the material
