Now she says she achieved her drastic weight loss by "food moderation," hiking, and strength training. The fat celebs and influencers only hid behind the battle cry of body positivity in the past because they couldn't conform to the beauty standards. But now that Ozempic is here, they can and so they do. Good for her, she looks great. But let's not pretend this is due to hiking.
