Where do i begin? Vehicle described as a “ticking time 💣”, because of a dangerously expanded fuel tank, that your company has been aware of since early spring (zero safety notices issued), vehicle is under warranty but refusing to fix it because why would you? 13k quote, i wouldn’t either. Your customer service has been beyond horrible, if i can even get them on the phone, or to respond to an email. See pictures below of the backseat, that’s been lifted up off the frame of the vehicle!

The case manager says there’s no counteroffers, it’s either a accept it or decline it situation. I have TEN days to make a decision. If i decline the offer it’s my issue even though the product is covered under warranty. Where are my rights as a consumer?
