Every business needs 2 things:

PRODUCT/SERVICE & DISTRIBUTION.

1 can't work without the other.

They're almost 50/50, but knowing whether or not a product has PMF is subjective when its first created

If someone has 100k subs, thats OBJECTIVE VALUE.

Distribution > Everything.
