Feverish on & off too, shifting viral type symptoms (pain eliminating toxin mimicking 'cold' type symptoms, cardiovascular unbalanced, insomnia etc ugh! )

@KirstieWrites @actionforme Fish & bread etc with new form of 'salt' (sigh. Not labelled as that just salt but can taste it & builds up in system. Very odd & tricky week. Trying to seem 'well' to reduce worries of others & deter potential opportunism of strangers. Poss unnecessary "anxiety" of that(?!)

@KirstieWrites @actionforme I managed a little walk along my street, 50yards or do & back, as spotted couple poss hazrdly litter items & got them into my bin b4 any kids out to play. Also one of tbose days where pain & discomfort so intense that stillness of 30-60 mins impossible, feet killing me but 'salt'
