@AJ7670671735441 @GUARDInsurance Going through this now! They even went as far as saying the van that hit mine was stolen. But after I showed them the police report they magically approved. So now they say my vehicle is drivable so they won’t pay storage without even seeing my vehicle!?

@ProphetCurtis @GUARDInsurance I have been trying to get my payment from them since July 2nd. They’re customer hit my parked car and they trying to say that the car was stolen so they don’t want to approve the claim. The only reason it got approved was because I sent them the police report.

@GUARDInsurance is the WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with. I filed a claim July 2nd and its now September 27th. Jinnie is the most unprofessional customer service rep ever & always has an attitude. They will do everything in their power not to pay. @naic

@SenSanders Managers also get bonuses when they send out something called “vto” volunteer time off. This is when the higher management thinks we are overstaffed, so they send people home and overwork the staff that stays. They get extra $$ for not paying those who took vto!
