@Krispy_ed I told undergrads in the lab to download data with an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. They had never heard of an Ethernet cable and were confused by how it could connect them more directly to the internet because they thought that it was just *waves hands around* in the air.

@HaoYin20 @StratmanLab Since we used a tagln reporter line that labels the nucleus, we can't say whether they are wrapping. However, given how early they show up, I suspect that they are not! I think we are dealing with an early tagln+ MC progenitor population derived from the sclerotome!

@ZebrafishRock Dude, do I have the paper for you! We just published that tagln and pdgfrb will mark the hypochord in early development (first week, at least, we did not assess later time points.) While both genes are not exclusively expressed there, it's pretty distinct. https://t.co/VvocfFeykX
