@virginmedia Mostly shocking customer service and a lack of any interest in customer loyalty. The customer service team seen keen on driving existing customers to your competitors, which seems an odd business tactic. Maybe Mr Schueler will have the right access??

I have set up #sail2help to raise awareness of mental health issues, to financially support Papyrus and offer respite “sailing escape’”days. I intend to introduce young people into the Marine sector via sponsorship/mentoring. My thanks to @Will_Faimatea for his support.

#sail2help was started in order to make a difference. In the last 48 hours alone I have spoken to someone who prevented someone from taking their life, someone who witnessed a young person attempting to take their life, and someone who found a sibling who had taken their life.
