I’ve reached the end of the line with twitter as it was when I started here, when it was a much nicer place. I’ve gone to BlueSky and my ID is @colinpineview please follow me there. See what I’ve done here with the blue tweet theme
So despite Henry's dad making it clear that they "do not want his death to be used to create further division, hatred or tension”, Farage uses his death in an emergency address to create division for his own gain.
An awful politician.
@DamianLow3@carol_catsx7 If anyone in the UK believes Farage is the answer to any of their problems the entire UK is complete & utterly fucked!
It’s an undeniable fact that while he was impersonating an MEP 1999-2020 he did nothing for UK citizens apart from fleece them of their hard earned taxes!
Perhaps Nigel Farage could give an emergency address on the following:
The £5 million 'gift'.
The £1 million 'gift' to stitch up the 2019 General Election.
The Clacton House stamp duty tax dodge.
The 17 breaches of the MPs code of conduct.
Where exactly has he been hiding.
🙌 👏 OMG watch Lord Spencer Livermore - Treasury Minister - the first serving minister to publicly face Brexit reality!
“Should we in due course re-enter the European Union? My personal view is that that is an inevitability. Of course the UK will re-enter the EU because it is absolutely in our national economic interest.”
He acknowledges Brexit has cost us 4–8% of GDP. Cutting a few tariffs is a drop in the ocean compared to that damage.
The reset is a start, but full rejoin is the logical destination.”
Economist Mariana Mazzucato says Brexit led to businesses leaving the UK, shrank market opportunities and damaged investment.
She tells The Fourcast that Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson have still not been held accountable for what she calls one of the country's biggest economic mistakes.
Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson have both denied lying to the public.
Britain’s voting system is broken. 100 MPs are backing an amendment to finally review it.
But to make an impact, we need many more. I’ve urged my MP to support it with this tool. Can you contact yours too? https://t.co/ImKbHSYLsW
@TomTugendhat Disappointing in that case, it would be useful to reverse the economic damage that the tories unleashed on the country, and as a remainer you would understand that?
@campbellclaret@Patrici89225734 The BBC surprisingly reticent about tracking down Farage (has anyone seen him since he cancelled the interview with Laura Kuenssberg a month ago - he's suddenly rather media shy). And if they can't think of a good reason to question Nigel, I can think of 5 million.
I seem to remember the BBC telling me back in the day, when the polls were good for Labour, that their guidelines prevented “reporting of single polls as news items in their own right.”
Seems to have changed if a single poll is good news for Reform! And to think that the consequence of all their favours and flattery will be to help elect a party committed to destroying them. Weird
Our democracy is under threat. From the Kremlin to Mar-a-Lago, powerful men are trying to destroy our great country.
Our new laws would ban foreign money, block foreign ads, and stop tech giants like Elon Musk buying influence.
We need action now. Only our party is offering it.
Nigel Farage hasn't bothered to vote in Parliament for the last 11 weeks.
During that time he will have collected about £50,000 in wages and expenses.
But he will tell you Disabled People and immigrants are the problem.
No, it's rich lazy parasites like him.
Robert Jenrick under investigation.
Nigel Farage under investigation.
Richard Tice dodging taxes.
Where are the so-called media? @BethRigby@Peston@bbclaurak@ChrisMasonBBC
There would be breaking news reports every 15 mins had it been Zack Polanski or Keir Starmer.
@King0243_PJC Anyway, regardless of where he was born (or claimed to be born) surely the first priority of anyone standing for parliament, is to know the main policies of the party he is standing for.

Reform UK sold Robert Kenyon as the authentic ‘local plumber’ born and bred in Makerfield.
Turns out he’s a Haydock lad from Merseyside who went to school in St Helens North and was registered to vote there until 2014.
Neighbours calling out the fake ‘Mr Makerfield’ cosplay. These guys lie so easily it’s embarrassing.
What are they desperately hiding? The mask slips every single time.
