@DigitalCDN@CDS_GC@ESDC_GC@CanRevAgency Awesome! Thanks for clarifying this is for Covid19 related benefits and https://t.co/xSRrCdRLEk is for all normal benefits. Thanks for the work you do and keep up the amazing work @CDS_GC!
@Raptorswave@ServiceCanada_E@ESDC_GC@HonAhmedHussen@flackchap I assure you, thousands of calls are getting through, though the call and all contact volume is higher than it has ever been. If you need to address your personal file for a program, keep trying, check the program's website regularly, and have patience.
Sending a big wave/nod/bow to all my coworkers at @ServiceCanada_E working overtime getting info to Canadians across the country & world, getting half the country onto EI, helping seniors get their pensions - and sooo much more. #CanadiansIn3Words We got this. #proudtobeCanadian
@mary_lestage @LeadersGC All the info is at https://t.co/a0ye1LvNNj and it's being updated regularly and has links out to everything - send people there if you don't have time to find an exact link.
@AmandaBernardo@LeadersGC As part of the massive phone and email teams mostly working onsite, I'd recommend tweeting websites where updates are being posted, if you see a #gc or provincial or municipal post without a link, comment with it. Also relentlessly compliment everyone's hard work and good deeds.
@stefaniekata @ServiceCanada_E That's awesome to hear. I assure you, the hundreds of people I work with in my section are some of the most focused, kind-hearted, conscientious people I've ever met. I also hope everyone can just be a little more kind in times like this. Take care!
@AlexHaggertWay@ottawahealth@CBCNews Yeah local info is key, and the websites for Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and world health organization all have good practices for self isolation - also search resources for mental health online. Also singing, dancing, walks, reading, cleaning, emailing family and friends will help.
@AlexHaggertWay I'd say go with Ottawa Public Health advice, and also check through the @WHO website for covid - they also have a lot of info and resources for psychological first aid for addressing mental health in a crisis.
@AlexHaggertWay If you're not exhibiting symptoms - Yes, yes, yes, yes. The federal self-isolation guidelines are here https://t.co/MhVtAEEA4Y and info for pets if you're exhibiting symptoms is here https://t.co/vWmjOxSS3G
