@dpmorris84 @theficouple Respectfully, that’s a bit over simplified... For instance, the year I bought my home, I planned to use NOL carryforward to reduce tax liability. But it changed how the bank viewed my income. The NOL didn’t change “how much money I made” but the bank acted like it did.
