@shawngorham Shawn: “Nick in person is not Nick online”
Also Shawn: “Nick lives what he tweets”

@indexnforgetit You’re just completely forgetting the year it was built. In the 1950s people weren’t saying “your starter home needs to be away from where most jobs are and built in the 1880s”
@derkolstad@ShaanVP The contributions is both candidates and parties. You can explore on https://t.co/QJV1s8BCvv.
I can’t find a breakdown of ads specifically during the news. I’m sure both his stats are based on something, but it’s not nearly as clear cut as it sounds.
@stephenolmon@ParsleyETA@ClintFiore@ShowMeYourCIM Does your friend work in the business? If so, I don’t think there is a justification for using a broker. At $175k SDE it sounds like your friend may have a job not a business.
@dpmorris84@theficouple Respectfully, that’s a bit over simplified... For instance, the year I bought my home, I planned to use NOL carryforward to reduce tax liability. But it changed how the bank viewed my income. The NOL didn’t change “how much money I made” but the bank acted like it did.
@TravisEHughes @realEstateTrent This is absolutely false. Travis, please stop spreading misinformation. Requiring the business tax returns alone is a step W2 employees don’t have. I’ve also had banks request business bank statements. Also, heaven forbid you take a distribution for the down payment…
@iamshackelford An unexpected benefit of a child not happening on our timeline was that the business was much more self-sufficient with a great leadership team. Went into the office a couple times in the first 2 months. Then about 20 hours/week in month 3.
