@united absolutely unbelievable how you have treated the canceled flight 621 from yesterday, Newark to LAX. Half the planes luggage never arrived. No one knows anything… we were all treated horrible through entire experience

Hey @united no one can find our lost luggage and apparently know one will pick up @EWRairport. A United employee said he had no information, we all showed him our @apple AirTags tracking and he said “wow you have more info than we do” so now I am stranded on a week long work trip
