@__abysmal I think NASA has gotten a little delay phobic given how the lander contractors are going for a maximum viable product right away. So they modified their request on the rovers for more of a minimum viable product. The more capable versions of their proposals will likely come later

@mehdi_khoudali@Starship_20 I imagine they could have fleets head to Mars, some crewed, others autonomous with extra food water and propellant with the occasional en rout docking to transfer supplies. The cargo ships could fly a free return trajectory if they aren’t required post landing
@sleepy_devo At the very least in the context of that post flashing your ID to a civilian poll worker is a lot different than presenting your government ID to an armed member of the federal government. But yes showing some form of state issued ID before being handed a ballot is reasonable imo
