How do you keep your adult children in church?” someone asked me when I was a church secretary.
"Jesus said, 'They'll know you're My disciples by your love,'” I said. Just wrote that chapter for my devotional book which I hope to have out in July. Never give up. Keep praying.
So blessed to be part of the She Meets Christ team of writers. I am very excited to announce that this first devotional: https://t.co/CrV3WqFrHo is 1 of 4 I've written in the past week, and have begun compiling it into a book titled, "I Love You, Jesus - It's All About Love."
Thankful to share that I've now moved beyond writing fiction and am a published devotional writer. So blessed to be part of the She Meets Christ team of writers working to show the love of Jesus to the world: https://t.co/5xm62AjSMQ
Jeff Steele, Executive Director of Kids Belong, spoke at our church yesterday. This charity provides housing to foster children that age out of the system. If you'd like to hear more about this incredible ministry, based in Muskegon, MI: https://t.co/u72rPJ19LN
CARTOON PREMIERE: In "Thank the Lord for the Carrot Cake" Cherry the Resurrection Rabbit sings about carrot cake, but she also loves chocolate! Special thanks to award-winning artisan chocolatier Laurie Douglass for providing the yummy chocolate photos: https://t.co/xoAlIn2JVg
These clips are from the Cherry the Resurrection Rabbit music video, "Great Big Happy Wonderful Surprise": https://t.co/64owFPNWAH I put them together to show what I am SO EXCITED FOR: Jesus' imminent return!
"God the Father sent His Son, Jesus Christ," a line from "God Is Bigger," a music video in production for Cherry the Resurrection Rabbit. It's pretty sobering to create a scene that represents such a powerful truth.
Ever wondered about timing credits in cartoons? Here's an example. When Cherry the Resurrection Rabbit says, "I'll have another piece," I cut to a close-up of her winking, then smiling. It took a while to get the timing right, to show that she's being silly, in wanting more cake.
@BaronDestructo I used AI voices for our audio books https://t.co/oxuftBoi1q but that's it. Since the creative part is the actual WRITING, it didn't bother me to use it for the audio version and was a lot easier than using a voice artist.
@NormalGuy8 Yes, I just started watching it on Youtube, LOVE the opener! Will watch the rest tomorrow!! (I have an Evangelism Committee meeting tonight at church.) - Kristen
