#tomtrails is around the corner folks! I suspect the race will be a sprint with hill climb dash in the middle, then another sprint to the finish. I've never run in a wetlands before... do I need water shoes?
Training is now focused on speed, speed, speed. Cant wait!

I love running and racing so much! But it pains me to see race organisers give away lucky draw prizes much bigger than what the winner receive. A tip and rule of thumb, podium position prize purse must at least be > entry fee... else you will never see elites at your event

We have to face the fact; some athletes can be great in many disciplines of the sport, but not at the same time. Be specific on your training inputs, stress the body to react and grow. Short distance experts dont be jealous of Ultra endurance athletes. Its different. #running
