An elderly couple is sitting in the living room. While knitting, the wife looks at her husband and asks romantically:
"Honey, back when we were young, you used to hold my hand every night... Why don't you hold it anymore?"
From behind his newspaper, the husband replies:
"Because whenever I hold your hand, you immediately take me shopping!"
A man have to be strategic to overcome this Eve Genders.
My wife is fond of using her phone till the battery runs low and then I’m always the one charging it for her.
Every night before we go to bed, as I’m plugging mine, I’ll plug hers too. It now became my responsibility to charge her phone battery for her every night.
I got tired of reminding her as she’ll always tell me to charge it for her, I decided to teach her a lesson
One night I plugged mine and left her own unplugged and the next morning when they seized power her battery was flat. She was now upset at me, asking me why I didn’t charge her phone when I charged mine.
I asked her if I’m her designated charger or PA or if she’s paying me to charge her phone for her. If you don’t remember to charge your phone then leave it. When the battery goes flat you will remember.
She smiled at me and didn’t say anything. That will teach her, I smiled to myself.
The following day, after preparing for work, I couldn't find my belongings, my pair of stockings, belt, wallet, and even my car keys, and when I went to ask her, she asked me if she’s my PA, or my designated house help and if I can’t remember where I kept them, I should stay at home.
I went to work very late that day and had to wear something else, thankfully I later found my car keys under the couch where I threw them the previous day
That night, as I charged my phone, I did the same for hers too. The next morning, after I dressed up and was ready to go to work, my things were all organized and arranged. My stockings and belt were on the couch, and my wallet and car keys were on the table in the sitting room.
I learned a valuable lesson that day. Team work makes the dream work.

🌿 Stronger Liver, Better Health: Nourish Your Liver Naturally
Your liver is one of the hardest-working organs in your body. It helps filter waste, supports digestion, regulates blood sugar, stores nutrients, and plays an important role in overall health. While no single drink or food can “cleanse” or reverse liver disease on its own, a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, and healthy habits can help keep your liver functioning at its best.
The green drink featured in this post includes nutrient-rich ingredients like leafy greens, ginger, and lemon, which provide vitamins, antioxidants, and plant compounds that may support general wellness. Combined with regular exercise, staying hydrated, maintaining a healthy weight, limiting alcohol, and eating a balanced diet, these habits can contribute to long-term liver health.
If you have fatty liver disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, or persistent digestive issues, it’s important to work with a qualified healthcare professional. Early diagnosis and lifestyle changes are often the most effective ways to improve liver health.
🌿 Remember: Natural foods can support your body’s normal functions, but they are not a substitute for medical treatment. Focus on consistency, healthy eating, quality sleep, stress management, and regular checkups for the best results.
💚 Your health is built by the small choices you make every day. Nourish your body naturally and let your liver do what it was designed to do.

Prediabetes often develops without obvious symptoms, but your body may give early warning signs. Possible symptoms include increased thirst, frequent urination, feeling very hungry, blurry vision, slow-healing cuts, darkened skin around the neck or armpits, and unusual tiredness after meals.
These signs don’t always mean you have prediabetes, but they shouldn’t be ignored. The best way to know is through a simple blood sugar test.
💚 Healthy habits can make a big difference:
✅ Eat more whole foods and fiber.
✅ Stay physically active.
✅ Maintain a healthy weight.
✅ Cut back on sugary drinks and processed foods.
✅ Get enough quality sleep.
✅ Have regular health checkups if you’re at risk.
⚠️ Early detection can help prevent or delay the development of type 2 diabetes. If you notice any of these symptoms, consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation.
