Keep your problems smaller than your life. A flat tire is a flat tire. A bad meeting is a bad meeting. A canceled flight is just an extra two hours. These things become catastrophes when you let them. But they stay manageable when you remember the depth of your real life- the people you love, the work you care about, the beautiful years still ahead. Zoom out. Fit your reaction to the size of the problem.
Something we don’t talk about enough is just how difficult the identity shifts are as your parents get older. I just think there’s an unspoken grief associated with losing a prior identity, for both your parents and yourself. You’ve spent your whole life being on the receiving end of their care. They’ve always embraced being the care giver. But now, the role slowly reverses. And resistance just makes it worse. It’s not a seasonal shift or a wave. There’s no halting that progression. Avoidance isn’t a real option. But the more you lean into it, the sooner you have the uncomfortable conversation, the better.
“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.”
-Dale Carnegie
You don’t know when the failures will stop, and that’s fine. The trick is to keep pushing. Every setback is just data, every stall is a chance to pivot. The only true failure is giving up. Outlast the doubt. 🚀 #KeepGoing#Motivation#Mindset

@Nemmyts When probing the highs and lows to get the profile on a daily chart, weekly or monthly . And if on a weekly chart for example, how many weeks or months do you find most reliable to see the trend?
Treat your routine as a priority.
You have no idea what a structured life can do to you, especially if your career is centered on decisions-making skills.
Trading is a good example of that.
Keep your mind in check, so you can act without any irrational interference.
When you sit down to learn how to find consistency in these markets; the first thing you must do is schedule more time than you initially expect.
You will discover that you'll need more confidence, more patience, more self-control... & that is procured with more time in study.
If a weekly candle is poised to go lower then capturing a daily candle in sync with the weekly candles direction should allow you to turn a daily range into a weekly range capture
Each day has a role, Critical thinking is required to decide how the 5 daily candles roles might play out during that specific week. Anticipate based of previous candles information
Short term trading is best viewed on the 1H with weekly vertical lines… even a 4H chart looks good with monthly vertical lines
