This morning was quite eventful as I had the pleasure of having a tete-a-tete with Collins Otieno, a potential future senator for Homa Bay County after Senator Moses Otieno Kajwang term is over. We spoke in the sidelines of my training, and it was great to catch up with a fellow Egerton University (Njoro Campus) alumni. I'm an avid Arsenal fan, but I'm not sure about his allegiances he didn’t mention but looks like he shares one with Brian L. Kidula. Otieno, has launched an organization to promote rural development among the youth and women in Kisumu County. All in all, a fantastic start to the day! We missed Kerry Melody and her input on the future of medical practice in Kenya.
