@SuperOfMyHome I think they can appeal under 1-40-119 C.R.S.
I haven't done any research on the narrow scope of this challenge. Just sharing what I see with a quick search.
Denver District Court just dismissed the signature protest for Amendment 87 (formerly Initiative 195) "Punitive Income Tax". The legal challenge was concerning some of the paid circulators that were not registered with that specific initiative.
@NateForHD33 Hi Nate, I would like to review this matter and do live in West Metro Fire area - opposing the sales tax hike. What's the best way to connect?
Please reject Proposition NN (SB 26-135) on your 2026 ballot.
The bill sponsor claims it's not a tax increase.
Fact: It is a tax increase - we lose TABOR refunds and likely get a bunch of "fees" added that we don't get to vote on in the future.
@DenverGazette The district was just enormously busy spending Colorado taxpayers' money to buy "grassroots" support. Little things, like supplying a voter map to the election department (normal protocol), are really easy to forget.

Glad I signed up early, it's sold out.
I've attended multiple political events at this venue in the last 6-months. No metal detectors or prohibition on what you could bring in, until now.
In August, I asked Front Range Passenger Rail District for the receipts using public funds to campaign. They told me CORA cost $586, I didn't pay it.
Grateful that Andy Kenney (Denverite) covered the story about the abuse of a campaign finance loophole.

@CoFOIC After getting FRPRD's response, I didn't follow up why they quoted around $500 more than CORA allows.
I meant to - but got distracted by:
1. lawsuit I recently filed against a local government
2. Blue Book deadlines
3. Other CORA's
I have a problem - too many political fires.
