@AnimexTwts Luffy feels like the newer Goku but I don't think he can reach that level because Dragon Ball is still around, and One Piece gets a lot of flack now for it's length. So I'd say Goku because of the iconic fights, transformations, and nostalgia.
@AnimexTwts If we are talking popular it's hard to say Gojo is too new, Eren is too controversial, Bleach was gone for too long, People get frustrated with Ash's incompetence and Naruto is just Boruto's dad isn't he?
@PokeTCGiveaways The Pokemon centers were the only overrated thing about Japan, overcrowded, too small, and overpriced. I found the same plushies for a fraction of the price at Hobby-Off. Aesthethic is all it has going for it.
@Tohkamiya I know it has no merit but is there any chance manga authors making themselves into little chibi characters when talking to the reader in their manga might have influenced some of this? Or just Pikachu.
@wonderinganime I prefer the OG for the voice acting and animation, but dang if that filler didn't kill momentum at times and still not finished it after the Kyoto arc because I know it's all filler.
@SumRGuy The early parts were the easy ones to get through. I stopped during the Whole Cake Island Arc because I just couldn't handle how boring episodes were.
@Hombrelmparable I guess I thought every time Bond was recast it was a separate incarnation, never realized they were all supposed to be connected in the same universe as one person.
@SketchesbyBoze This is probably one of my favorite movies of all time, I watched it a lot as a kid. I had no idea it was more faithful to the books until I read them in college.
@bluebardess@oceana_roll Would make sense if he was like a collector doll and then Andy was the first one who treated him like a toy, like Toy Story 2's villain. That's why he's so obsessed with helping toys.
